Own the end-to-end partner onboarding pipeline for Cyberwave's catalog. Articulate the value of our platform to robotics and automation partners, guide them through integration, and ensure successful outcomes for both partners and customers.

Cyberwave is building the infrastructure layer for intelligent machines — making robotics as accessible, scalable, and programmable as cloud software. Our platform bridges classical robotics frameworks with modern AI, enabling developers and enterprises to deploy and manage robotic systems through a unified, hardware-agnostic interface.

We're looking for a Sales Engineer to own the catalog partner pipeline: from first contact to successful integration and beyond. You'll be the primary technical and commercial point of contact for partners joining the Cyberwave ecosystem — articulating the value of our platform, guiding integrations, and making sure every project that involves a partner delivers real results.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, technical consulting, and partner success. You'll need to speak the language of manufacturing floors and software APIs alike. If you've sold or supported technical products in robotics or industrial automation and enjoy turning complex integrations into smooth, repeatable processes, this is your role.

In-person team based in Milan, with travel to partner sites and events as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management role within robotics, industrial automation, or manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with real-world manufacturing projects and the practical challenges they involve
  • Familiarity with software concepts and developer tools: SDKs, APIs, integration patterns, and technical documentation
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working in English in an international, fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: working knowledge of ROS or ROS 2
  • Bonus: familiarity with reinforcement learning models or vision-language-action (VLA) architectures

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the end-to-end onboarding pipeline for catalog partners — from outreach to live integration
  • Articulate the Cyberwave value proposition through demos, presentations, decks, calls, and on-site meetings, guiding partners through progressively deeper levels of integration
  • Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation for new partner integrations
  • Act as the primary point of contact when a project involving a partner kicks off — ensuring the partner's integration works reliably within the project
  • Ensure project success from the customer's perspective, coordinating between internal teams and the partner to deliver on commitments
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay partner feedback and improve onboarding processes
