Featured Cyberwave Builders
These builders are part of a 4-week cohort program where they build with Cyberwave and real robots. Here's who stood out this week.
Week of 23rd – 27th March 2026
Hedon
Building Hedon with the UGV Beast Rover. From week 1, team Hedon has been one of the most active voices in the community, sharing what worked, what didn't, and helping other builders debug and ship. They recorded their week 1 progress on YouTube and shared it on Discord, setting the bar for transparency and collaboration.
SiliconBrownies
Building SiliconBrownies with the SO101 robot arm. Team SiliconBrownies went beyond the regular setup and testing, they came back with a detailed list of what worked, what didn't, and such thorough feedback that we ended up pushing multiple new fixes based on their input. This is the spirit of building that we absolutely love and endorse.
CareFlow
Building CareFlow with the robot arm. Team CareFlow has truly displayed the spirit of community, they've been accessing our remote robotic infrastructure and have been spot on with their feedback. The absence of physical hardware didn't stop them but instead encouraged them to share new ideas for our remote access feature, which we've already started implementing. Kudos to their true spirit of building.
Hackathon Project Gallery
Projects built at the Robotic Agents Hackathon SF 2026 — San Francisco, CA, February 2026.

Alfred Robot Butler
A voice-powered personal care assistant to help users who lack fine motor skills or other disabilities.
John Kim, Juni Kim
Vanguard AI
Voice-controlled security robot: speak naturally to command a Unitree Go2 for patrol, surveillance and threat detection. Built with Smallest.ai STT, Together AI LLM, and Cyberwave SDK.
Inesh Reddy 4015
MA-NO
An AI-powered recycling robot that uses computer vision and a robotic arm to identify and sort plastic, aluminum, and paper automatically.
Marco Villalobos Eribes, Greg Patini, Yoshihiro Sekiya
Breacher
A robot that goes in first. It scans the room and tells your team in plain English exactly who’s inside and where before a single soldier steps through the door.
Jay Trivedi, Arin Thakkar, Akash K
RuffTerrain
Sends autonomous robots into active wildfires to find survivors using computer vision, streaming real-time data to a live dashboard so rescuers know where to go.
Charlie Aram, Sarah Rochelle Golden
MedRover
An autonomous rover that conducts multilingual patient intake, prioritises by severity, and hands doctors a clinical summary in English.
Varshini Balaji, LilChainyy Chen, William Wu +1 more
OpenROBOT
From prompt to physical action — an AI agent that controls robots.
Anastasiya Zhiboedova
Tough Love
A robot arm that gives you tough love. It watches your face in real time and responds physically: patting you when you’re down, slapping you back to focus when you’ve zoned out.
Adele Shen
MedAssist
Combines AI vision, rule-based verification, and robotics to detect medication errors and safely dispense the correct drug to the right patient.
Gayatri Patil, Aaryan Mahipal, Sagar Patel +1 more
EmotiArm
A robot arm that comforts when you’re sad, slaps when you’re distracted.
Terence La
Bookworm
Automates physical book digitisation using a robot arm, OCR, and TTS to produce clean LLM training data from printed text.
Atharva Walawalkar, Aditya Bangde, Vrishika Mohite +1 more
Babel
Speak your language, move the robot. BabelBot lets anyone command a Unitree Go2 in French, Hindi or German.
Cyriaque Barral, Manuel Fitz
Pill Guard
AI + robotics for medication adherence: a robot triggers a pill dispenser, checks if pills were taken, and alerts caregivers if a dose is missed.
Luxin Zhang, Crystal Ho, Victoria Zhao
TwinPilot
Turns plain-English instructions into executable robot actions inside a live digital twin, letting teams simulate and validate autonomous workflows.
Mihir Modi
Good Eye
A VLM agent that decides where to look before it acts — zero-shot foveated perception for embodied AI, replacing trained gaze policies with interpretable reasoning.
Sissi Wang
Safe Navigation using Control Barrier Function
A robotic system for safe removal of wood waste in cluttered environments, with control-theoretic safety guarantees using control barrier function-based navigation.
Joseph Moyalan, Rodolfo135, BerrydalMo +1 more
MedBot
An AI-powered robotic assistant that retrieves medications using voice commands, autonomous navigation, and vision verification to improve hospital efficiency.
