Total compensation starting at €60k for fresh graduates. Meaningful equity starting at €20k. We offer very competitive salaries that reflect your value.
In-Person Team

Why in-person?
You sometimes need to access, physically, a robot to debug your backend. "What's this weird error? Oh a USB got detached when the robot moved to pick up the package" kind of thing. So you need to be able to drop by the office in case.
In person how?
We work by objectives and we pledge to never have a mandatory office presence policy. But to reach your objectives you may need to drop by the office and work with IRL stuff, or meet the team and so on. So this is not a remote position.
Where are your offices?
Right now, in Milan we are at Talent Garden Calabiana and in Zurich we are at Technopark. Both locations have full amenities like cafe, outdoor relax spaces, and so on.
