We're building something ambitious at the intersection of robotics, real-time data, and distributed infrastructure. While we're still in stealth, we're already assembling a world-class team - and we're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help us shape the foundation. We're on a mission to make AI do dehumanizing work in factories around the world.
You'll work across the entire stack: from building rich, high-performance user interfaces for real-time robotics data (video, depth, sensor streams) to designing low-latency, high-throughput backend systems. Push the boundaries of what's possible in the browser with 3D environments and advanced rendering, while building the data pipelines and infrastructure that make it all work seamlessly. Collaborate closely with founders and early team members (repeat exited founders, ex-Google, PhDs) to define the product experience from end to end.
In-person team based in Milan or Zurich. Why in-person? You sometimes need to access, physically, the robot to debug! So you need to be able to drop by the office in case.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in both React and backend development
- Strong ownership and willingness to work on ambitious technical problems
- A global mindset — we're building to compete on the world stage
- Comfort working in English
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features spanning frontend UIs and backend APIs
- Design and implement interactive, low-latency visualizations for real-time robotics data
- Build real-time data pipelines (video, depth, sensor streams) and backend systems
- Push the boundaries of what's possible in the browser with 3D environments, advanced rendering, and smooth interactions
- Help define and scale the core infrastructure for hardware-in-the-loop robotic systems
- Collaborate closely with founders and early team members (repeat exited founders, ex-Google, PhDs) to define the product experience
